- All rates are quoted in Australian dollars – AUD.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Deposits are required on all bookings, with the balance of account payable on arrival.

Cancellation policy
- If a booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full less an administration fee of $100.00.
- If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $100.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
Confirmed Booking
- A pencilled booking will only be held for 24 hours. Please confirm within this time. A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. A deposit of $200.00 will confirm a one-week booking. The balance of the tariff is due on arrival (or such other time as stated).
- 14 days notice is required to change the planned departure date once you have arrived, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the planned stay.
- Whilst every effort is made to meet your requirements, unfortunately we cannot guarantee particular apartments. Founda Gardens reserves the right to assign an equivalent unit for a confirmed booking in the event that the unit originally allocated is not available. The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any wrong description of the apartment.
